Cancellation Policy

At KidsPlay, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our activity providers.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Users will receive a full credit refund for activities cancelled at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.

Late Cancellations

For cancellations made within 12 hours of the activity start time, credits will not be automatically refunded. However, users may appeal for a credit refund by emailing our support team at support@kidsplaypass.com.

Appeal Process

When appealing a late cancellation, please include:

  • The activity details (name, date, and time)
  • The reason for the late cancellation
  • Any supporting documentation if applicable

Our support team will review each appeal on a case-by-case basis and respond within 24-48 hours.
